Can IKEA pick up the items I want to return?
If you prefer, IKEA can arrange to pick up your items for return. This service incurs a fee equivalent to the delivery fee for your area.
You must contact IKEA to get your products pre-approved and to schedule a pick-up at your home. If a pick-up is being arranged for a return, you must have the returning articles disassembled and packaged to prevent any damages during return. The return packaging could be the same package that was used during delivery. If it was already disposed of, another box can be used as packaging.
