How can I get my PIN code for my Click & Collect Locker order?
It's very simple! You can find your PIN in your order history on your IKEA.ca profile.
Please note that the PIN code will not be ready until the order status has reached "Ready For Pickup." In order to retrieve the PIN code for a Click & Collect locker, please click here. An order number and email will be required to retrieve the PIN online.
Step 1: Login to your account. You must be logged in to view the PIN code.
Step 2: Click on your Profile and select "Track you order."
Step 3: Enter the order number, along with the phone number or email connected to the order in question.
Once the information is entered, the details of the order will be displayed, along with the PIN for the locker.
If a PIN is not shown there, then the order was not loaded in a locker and is waiting in the store for pickup during opening hours.
