How do I update my order details?
To update your order details after you have placed your order, such as your name, contact details or address, please get in touch with us.
Contact us to update your order details. Changing order details can include updating your:
- Name
- Mobile
- Address
- Delivery instructions
- Alternate collector (Click and Collect)
Please note if you have a Parcel delivery, we aren't able to update your order details after it has been dispatched. To track your order, use the Track and Manage order tool. To update your details after dispatch, please manage your order at www.mytoll.com.

To pay for an order created via a phone call or live chat, our remote shopping team will send you an email with the order details. This email will contain a link for you to pay for your order online.
