Why can't I change my order?

If your order has reached a certain order status, it may not allow you to make changes such as rescheduling, adding or removing items or changing order details.

Truck Delivery

You will be able to add and remove items on your order with our customer support team up until a certain point (approximately 3 - 4 days before the delivery date). If you have input the incorrect address, you may need to cancel and re-place your order. To update contact details, please get in touch with our customer support team.

Parcel Delivery

You can change any part of your order before it is ready for dispatch from our warehouse. If you need to change your address after dispatch, you will need to arrange this direction with the parcel carrier directly. Depending on who your parcel is with, please contact either Team Global Express or Australia Post to request redirection. 
If you would like to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, please get in touch with our customer support team.

Click and Collect

Click and Collect orders can't be modified after they have been placed. If you have made a mistake on your order, such as placing the order at the incorrect store, please cancel order your and place it again online.
If you would like to add items, you can simply make additional purchases in store when you go to collect your order.
If you would like to remove items, you can process returns at the Exchanges and Returns counter when you go to collect your order.
