How can I access my order?
As an IKEA Family member, you can easily access your order online by going to your IKEA account. If you are not an IKEA member, go to the Track & Manage my order page to access your order.
If you used your IKEA Family card when purchasing or ordering, please log in to your IKEA account to view your order. You will need your e-mail or mobile number, and login password. You can also receive a one-time password via e-mail.
If you are not an IKEA Family member, you can use the Track and manage page to find your order. You will need to provide the order number, and phone number or e-mail that was used to place the order.
