Can I add an old card to my existing IKEA Family account?
Yes, however the card must be a previous IKEA Family card that has not been registered to another email address or profile (if you had collected a new card in store to scan, but did not register).
Once an IKEA Family card (or membership number) is linked to an email address or IKEA Family profile, it cannot be moved to a different account.
To add an old (unregistered) card to an existing IKEA Family profile, please contact us to request this.
