How do I update my IKEA Family profile details?
Updating your IKEA Family account or changing your account preferences is easy!
To update your IKEA Family account, simply log in to your account and then view your profile page.
To log in, go to IKEA.com.au and click the person icon in the top right corner. Log in with your details or use the one-time password option. Once you have logged in, click 'Manage account' and you will be able to:
- Update your personal information
- Update your contact number and email address
- Change your password
- Update your address and add any alternative addresses
- View previous purchases that you have made
- Manage your home information
- Set your preferred IKEA store
- Manage your communication settings (opting in or out of IKEA emails)
- Delete your profile (we'd love for you to stay though!)
If you can't log into your account, try resetting your password and checking any alternate email addresses your may have used for the account. If you no longer have access to the email you signed up with, please reach out to us.
