How do I update or delete my IKEA account?

If you would like to manage your IKEA Family account, including updating information or deleting your account, you can do so by logging int your IKEA Family account.

Managing Your IKEA Family Account

Simply log into your IKEA Family account and navigate to the Manage account section. Here, you can update your personal information, including your name, address, contact details, marketing preferences, and interests within your IKEA Family profile.

Deleting Your Profile

To delete your profile, click on Manage account and then select the Login & Security section. You will find an option to Delete profile at the bottom of the page. After clicking this, you will be prompted to enter your password to confirm the deletion of your profile and all associated information.
Important: If you proceed with deleting your account, IKEA cannot reinstate your IKEA Family account. This action will result in the loss of any promotions or rewards keys you may have been entitled to.
