Can I order an IKEA Family card?

Keeping in line with our IKEA values of sustainability, we are no longer issuing plastic membership cards.

Our IKEA Store app allows you to store a digital version of your card. You can download the IKEA Store app for free from Google Play or Apple's App Store, to make your shopping easier and faster. Alternatively:

• At the bottom of every IKEA Family email appears a barcode which we can scan in store.
• Co-workers can also look up your membership at the register with your contact number or email address (please ensure it is up to date on your account).

Get in touch with our customer support team and we can send you an email which will allow you to add your IKEA Family card to your Apple Pay or Google Wallet.

In the event that you have lost your card, there is no need to block it or request for a replacement, as the card itself has no monetary value. Instead, you can use the digital version of your card that you can find in your IKEA account on the IKEA app.
