Can I add a purchase to my profile?
Remember to scan your IKEA Loyalty number for all purchases.
When you have made a purchase with IKEA, and forget to scan your IKEA loyalty number, we are not able to add this purchase to your profile or purchase history.
The rewards accumulated by the purchases in your account will not include any items purchased where your loyalty card was not added when finalising your payment.
