Can you deliver my order into my apartment?
Our delivery service providers will deliver to your room of choice in your apartment up to the third floor if there are stairs, or any level if an elevator is available.
Our delivery service providers will deliver to your room of choice in your apartment. The maximum number of floors we can deliver to is three, the third floor, unless an elevator is available. If an elevator is available there is no limit. We require a safe pathway to deliver your order, which means the stairs should be clear and not too narrow or winding.
If your apartment is busy, you may need to book your apartment elevator. Please note our delivery time windows are usually 7am - 7pm.
