Can I exchange my order via delivery?

To exchange your items remotely, you can order again at IKEA.com.au and arrange for a collection of your items for a return by contacting us.

 

We're unable to exchange goods at via delivery however you can purchase the items you are after again at IKEA.com.au and then arrange for a truck to pick up your unwanted goods for a retun. Your truck return can be arranged by contacting us. When contacting us, have our original receipt or 9-digit order number ready.
