Can I exchange my order via delivery?
To exchange your items remotely, you can order again at IKEA.com.au and arrange for a collection of your items for a return by contacting us.
We are unable to exchange goods via truck. However, you can purchase the items you are after again at IKEA.com.au and then arrange for a truck to pick up your unwanted goods for a return.
Your truck return can be arranged by contacting us. Please have your proof of purchase ready. This can be either the receipt or 9-digit order number.
