Where is my spare parts order?
Spare parts can take a number of weeks to arrive, depending on the size of the part and where it's being shipped from.
If you've been unable to source the necessary spare part in store, you may be able to order the spare part to be shipped to you. Depending on where the spare part is shipped from, it can take between two to four weeks for smaller spare parts, like screws, to be delivered. For larger spare parts like a table leg, it can take up to eight weeks.
If you still haven't received your spare parts after this period of time, please Contact us.
