Before contacting IKEA Customer Support, we recommend visiting the IKEA Customer Service page. On this page, you'll find a range of self-service tools that can help you get the information or support you need quickly. For example, you can:

Many common queries can be resolved online in just a few minutes. If you still need assistance after visiting the Customer Service page, you can contact IKEA Support either online or in-store during opening hours.

Our phone wait times are currently longer than usual. For faster support, you can chat online with our customer service team. You can contact us via:
- Live Chat: 8 am - 8 pm AEST/AEDT, Monday to Sunday. Click on the yellow icon in the lower right corner.
- Phone: 9 am - 8 pm AEST/AEDT, Monday to Sunday. Call us on (02) 9010 0264.
- Billie Chatbot: available 24/7 to help with things like order status, claims and returns, product questions, and store information.
Please note that email support is not currently available.
Visit an IKEA store
Alternatively, you can also visit the Customer Service department at your nearest IKEA store. The Customer Service desks are usually located near the entrance/exit of the store. Please note that direct calls to stores are not possible.
