How do I contact IKEA?
You can reach out to IKEA Customer Service either through chat, phone, social media or by visiting an IKEA store.
If you can’t find what you are looking for on IKEA.com.au, our Customer Service team are here to help you. You can start a chat via the yellow icon in the bottom right corner or see how else to Contact IKEA and find our opening hours. Alternatively, you can also visit the Customer Service department at your nearest IKEA store.
Please note that we are unable to assist through email at the moment, and we are unable to transfer your call to individual stores.
