Where can I find my order number?
There are several ways to locate your order number depending on how you made the purchase. It can be found on your email confirmation, order form or on an invoice.
If you have made your purchase via the IKEA website, please check the confirmation e-mail for your order number and invoice. Be sure to also check your Junk or Spam folders just in case you can't find it.
If you made your purchase at an IKEA store, you can find the order number on the order form you were given to pay at checkout or the invoice. You may just have a receipt from the store. If so, please look for the receipt number at the bottom of the receipt, just below the barcode.
