Can I change the store of my Click and Collect order after it has been placed?
If you have selected the wrong store or find that you want to collect your order at a different store, please cancel your order and place it again online.
We're unable to change the store of your Click and Collect order as the reservation of your products has been made at the store you have selected.
Simply cancel your order and place it again online at IKEA.com.au. Your refund will occur automatically back to your card of purchase in 3-5 business days.
