There is an error on my invoice, how do I correct this?
For invoices that are incorrect you can contact our customer support team or IKEA for Business team for assistance.
We can update details on documents from your transaction history and send you a replacement document. Please contact us to support with making this change.
Alternatively, if the order is still ongoing and has not progressed too far, you can also try cancelling it through the Track and Manage tool and re-placing it via the website with the correct details.
