There is an error on my invoice, how do I correct this?
For invoices that are incorrect you can contact our customer support team or IKEA for Business team for assistance.
We're unable to change the details on a purchase invoice after it has already been paid for, processed and completed, however we can assist you in updating your order details, managing your order or cancelling and re-placing it.
A new invoice can be generated if you put through a new order.
