Will I be able to change my Click & Collect date later?
Click & Collect dates can be changed if your order has not yet been picked by our team.
You can still change your collection date if the order has not yet been picked by our team. Visit the Track and Manage order tool to try edit your pickup date.
If the Track and Mange tool does not allow you to edit the date, the order has progressed too far and it can not be modified. You have 3 days from the date that your order is ready to be collected to pick up your order. After the 3 day holding period, your order will be cancelled for a refund.
Please note that Click and Collect orders cannot be booked too far in advance. If you are not ready to collect your goods in the next few days, please consider placing your order a bit later.
