How does Click and Collect Near You work?
You can Click and Collect your IKEA order from a location that is closer to you without having to visit in store.
For Click and Collect Near You, make sure you collect you order within the allocated collection window as your order won't be held after this time. If you have missed your window, please contact us to reschedule.
How to Collect
- When you arrive at the address on your collection e-mail, a delivery person from one of our delivery service partners will be waiting to hand out your order.
- Please bring your proof of purchase and a valid government-issued ID with you.
- If required, please bring support with you to help load heavy goods into your car and make sure the car is to the appropriate size for the order.
