Why should I choose Click & Collect?

Cost considerations: For IKEA Family members, Click & Collect is free regardless of the value of your order. For non-IKEA Family members there is a flat rate fee of $5 for orders under $50, and for orders over $50 there is no fee. Check pricing details at checkout for the exact fee. 

Timing and scheduling factors: Click & Collect orders from an IKEA store generally have options for same-day collection or collection within a few days of purchase. For Click & Collect Near You (CCNY) Orders, you are expected to go to the pickup location on the selected date and time. You select a specific collection time slot during checkout.

Item size and type restrictions: Suitable for most order types. Due to storage constraints, some of our products may not be available for Click & Collect and will require Home Delivery. You can find out what options are available for any given product on the Product Page or when checking out.

Location/distance factors: Best if you live near an IKEA store or designated Collection Point, to check whether a Collection Point is near you visit ‘Find an IKEA Location’ on the IKEA.au website. If your delivery address is not served due to stock from warehouses or store limitations, you may be offered a Click & Collect alternative.

Customer effort required: Medium – Your chosen IKEA store or Collection Point will prepare your order for you. You will be responsible for travelling to the store/collection point and loading your items into your vehicle.
