Can I arrange for someone else to pick up my Click and Collect order?
It's easy to arrange for someone else to collect your order if you're unable to. You can either nominate them during checkout or share the required information with them to collect on your behalf.
Nominating an alternate collector during checkout
When placing your order during checkout, you will be asked who will be collecting it. Simply select 'Someone else will collect the order for me' and provide their details. The collector must bring your order confirmation (email or SMS) and their valid photo ID.
I already placed an order, but did not nominate a collector
If you would like to nominate another person to collect the IKEA products on your behalf after placing your order, please forward the original email confirmation to them and ensure they have their valid photo ID.
