Can I return a product to the store?
If you purchased from IKEA Portugal, either online or in-store, you can return the product at any IKEA store in Portugal.
Remember that it is only possible to return products purchased in IKEA Portugal stores. To make a return, go to the Customer Service desk located near the exit, bringing the product and the corresponding proof of purchase.
To save time and avoid queues, you can fill out the return request online in advance. Simply enter the details from your receipt or order confirmation, select the items to return, and indicate the reason. At the end, you will receive a QR code, which you must present in the store within 15 days.
