Can I return a product by post mail?
In Portugal, it is not possible to return products by post mail.
- Return in store: Bring the item(s) along with the invoice or proof of purchase to the nearest IKEA store.
- Return at a collection point: You can drop off the items at one of the available IKEA collection points. Contact our Customer Service to check locations and schedules.
- Return via carrier: If you cannot travel, you can schedule a home pickup through our Customer Service.
