What is IKEA's returns policy?
Your satisfaction with your purchase at IKEA is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied or have simply changed your mind, you can return your products within 365 days. With proof of purchase and if the return conditions are met, IKEA will refund the full amount.
Mattresses and mattress toppers
Exchanges
Opened or assembled products
- Clean
- complete
- No damage
- No changes
- and in a position to be sold again
Sofa covers on request have special cancellation conditions. You can only cancel your purchase after refusal to deliver it to your door.
IKEA does not accept the return of gift cards or unpackaged food products
Note: These conditions do not apply to IKEA Business customers.
