Can I return or exchange IKEA products purchased at IKEA.pt?
Yes! You can return the product through our collection service, even if you bought it in a store.
At IKEA, it's easy to return or exchange IKEA products and you have 365 days to exchange the product, regardless of the channel or store where you purchased the product.
If you don't have the option of going to an IKEA store marked in map with A *, we offer the option of returning products via home collection, with an associated cost that will be deducted from the refund amount. Learn more about our return policy here.
* Returns are not accepted at the Planning and Ordering Studios, Pop-Up store Colombo and fixed and furniture collection points.
