What is the return policy for products purchased in the Circular Area section?
Products purchased in the Circular Area can be returned within 365 days, as long as they are in a condition to be sold and maintain the specific label of the Circular Area – Opportunities.
Returns can be made at any IKEA store. However, if there is a non-conformity different from the one identified at the time of purchase, we recommend visiting the store where the item was originally bought, as other stores may not be able to accept it.
There is no home collection for items from the Circular Area.
Items must be returned in the same form in which they were delivered, assembled or disassembled. The form of reimbursement is decided in store.
Mattresses purchased in the Circular Area do not have the 365-night policy. Articles identified as "2nd Life" cannot be returned, according to Decree-Law No. 84/2021, of October 18.
