Our store is fully accessible for wheel chairs and disability scooters. Our aisles are wide and there are special parking spots for the less abled, close to our entrance. There are also wheel chair toilets available and you can borrow a wheel chair at the entrance of our store.

Getting rid of old IKEA furniture? Make it easy on yourself with the temporary pickup service from Ontspulknul and IKEA, available until 1 April, 2027. Register your items, and we’ll pick them up from your home free of charge giving them a new life through the IKEA Circular Hub.
What do you get?

- A free pickup service. No lifting or transporting needed

This way, you give your items a second life, and we help you contribute to a circular future.
Getting to IKEA Utrecht by public transport
From Utrecht Central Station: take bus 7 to the Aziëlaan stop, or tram 60 to the Kanaleneiland stop.
You can also come by bike
There are charging points for electric bikes in our car park.
You’re welcome to visit us by car, too.
There are charging points for electric cars on the parking deck.
Returns
Not satisfied with your purchase? You always have 365 days to return or exchange your products. If you are an IKEA Family member, you can even return or exchange unlimited items.
Payment options
You can pay in several ways in store. At the self-service checkouts, you can pay with cash* or a debit or credit card. You can also pay with an IKEA gift card or refund card. Payment in instalments is not available.
* We accept banknotes up to 200,-. The checkouts show which banknotes are accepted. We accept up to 3.000,- in cash per transaction..
