Payment options
There are several ways to pay in our store. At the self-service checkouts, you can pay with cash or a debit or credit card. You can also pay with an IKEA gift card or refund card. Instalment payments are not available.
- We accept banknotes up to 200,-
- You can see at the checkouts which banknotes are accepted. We accept a maximum of 3.000.- in cash per transaction.
Lost and found
Have you lost something? We’ll be happy to help you find it. We post all items we find on the iLost website. Use the link below to check whether your item has been found.
Accessibility
Our store is fully accessible for wheelchairs and mobility scooters. The aisles are wide, and designated accessible parking spaces are available close to the entrance. Wheelchair-accessible toilets are also available, and wheelchairs can be borrowed at the store entrance.

Park your bike in our bicycle parking area on the ground floor. We also have charging points there for your electric bike.
You’re also welcome by car
We have charging points for electric cars on the ground floor of the parking garage.
