When you see through the glass that the contents are starting to run out, you simply unscrew the cap and refill.

The colour is growing onAndreaThe colour is growing on me but the shape is what grabbed my attention. The holes for dispensing salt and pepper should be much smaller. I really only use them for cooking because dispensing salt and pepper during a mean could easily lead to over salting.
