Scan with the IKEA app and save time
With the IKEA app, you can scan your products while you shop. This way, you easily keep track of your spending and save time at the self-checkout counters.
How it works
1. Download the IKEA App
Download and open the IKEA App on your phone. Turn on scanning for the store where you are. The scanner opens immediately. You can also scan the store's general QR code with your app. You can find these in several places in the store.
2. Scan your products as you shop
Simply scan the barcodes of the items you pick up while you shop.
For larger self-serve items, make a note of the aisle and location, and scan the barcode when you pick it up.
3. Pay as you exit
Done shopping? A QR code will be created for your purchase. Scan your unique QR code again at the checkout, pay immediately and save time.
A tip to go even faster
Put smaller items that you scan directly into your own carrying bag. The yellow FRAKTA bags must be handed in at the cash register. This way you don't have to transfer the items into another bag and you save extra time.
