How do I use the pick-up service?
To use this service, simply add the desired items to your shopping cart and select the pick-up service option at checkout. Specify your preferred pickup and time slot. You will receive a confirmation email/SMS with any details about your pickup, and you will be sent a pick-up notification once your order is ready. Please be sure to bring your order confirmation and ID with you when you pick up. If you encounter any problems during the pick-up process, please follow the instructions provided in the instructions or call IKEA Customer Support at 1670-4532.
- Accepting Orders
a. When shopping online, add the desired product to your shopping cart.
b. Please select the 'Pick-up Service' option at the checkout stage. If you don't see this option, the address you set may be in an area where pick-up service is not available.
c. Please select your preferred IKEA store or designated pick-up point, and specify the available pick-up time slot.
d. Please complete your order.
Due to high demand, your preferred pick-up location may not be displayed. If you try again after 1~2 days, another option may appear.

a. Your order will be processed and booked at the pick-up point you selected.
b. You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with pickup details, and you will not be able to pick up your order until you have been notified.
c. In-store pick-up service orders will be automatically canceled if they are not picked up on the pick-up date, and the value of the goods will be refunded, excluding the service fee.

f. Goods will be collected at the counter and prepared in the cart for smooth pick-up.
g. Please collect the goods and load them into the vehicle. Please make sure you have received all the items after pick-up.
