Do I need to have a public key certificate to make payments?

When you pay more than a certain amount, an authorized key certificate may be required, but in general, if you pay through a payment method provided by a card company (App card, ISP payment app, etc.), an authorized key certificate is not required.

After selecting the card you wish to use in the Inisis payment window, if the payment does not go well, please contact your card issuer(the card company).
