When is an aerial ladder truck used?
Ladder trucks are required for delivery above the 4th floor without an elevators. See below for more information.
Ladder trucks are also required for orders of large sofas and wardrobes to locations with narrow entryways. If you need a paid ladder truck, please make a request through the IKEA Customer Support Center. However, IKEA may not be able to provide the service to some areas. Please contact the IKEA Customer Support Center for more details.
