Cancellation of your order will be proceeded within 3 working days, and it can take up to 7 days for the credit card company to be fully cancel your transaction.

A text message and an email will be sent when the order is not properly ordered due to a system error. In this case, the payment amount will be automatically canceled, and card cancellation will take up to 7 days depending on the credit card company.
