Cancellation of your order will be proceeded within 3 working days, and it can take up to 7 days for the credit card company to be fully cancel your transaction.

Is all products refundable?
The terms and conditions set forth in this return policy apply to all purchases made yourself at IKEA stores in Korea and on the website and application. But, Buyback products and ASIS products are not allow exchange. For IKEA Food, it can only be room temperature products purchased at IKEA Swedish Food Market which are unopened products within the expiration date. See below for more information.

After purchasing the product at the store, the product was damaged during self transportation / assembly. Can I get help?
IKEA Korea offers free exchange service within 14 days from the purchase date when product damage occurs during transportation/assembly. Please note that the exchange service applies only if your credit card number is shown inside the receipt read from the barcode on your IKEA Family card.
