I have a set of these purchased seven years ago and need to buy more. The cutlery stays black, unlike others that scratch to reveal they are painted. Made to last, a bit pricey but worth it.

Well balanced design, the long handles provide good leverage when eating. The smooth finish is soft on the hands and mouth and the knives have a good sharp surface. Best of all is they are black which makes a statement on the table
