Potentially good with proper fittingAnonymous reviewerI bought a pair for my hallway and only afterwards realised they'd be too big for the standard UK pendant sets usually found on rentals. I bought a couple of adaptor rings (like I said, I rent, so professional fitting seems a bit of a waste) but it still looks wobbly and too heavy. Also, you can easily see any dust, smears or fingerprints, so it definitely needs a steady cord to feel secure enough to constantly grab and clean it. As it's glass, you do need to grab them for a proper clean. They DO look good (although in my opinion, considerable lighter than the photo, though it might be a variant) so it's no fault of the design itself. I'll probably be returning them when I have the opportunity of going into the store.

What is glass?
Glass is mainly made of sand, soda and lime melted at a high temperature. Tempering or various additives gives you extra-strong and impact-resistant glass that in some cases can be taken straight from freezer to oven without cracking. A big benefit is how glass can be recycled over and over without the quality deteriorating. Also, a lot less energy is needed to melt recycled glass compared to new raw materials. Our goal is to eventually use only recycled glass in our range.
