Use a clear light bulb if you have a lamp shade or lamp with a perforated or cut-out pattern or other airy, open design and want the pattern to cast effects on the wall and ceiling.

If Temu did IkeaAnonymous reviewerI'm not sure how the 2 shades I bought from IKEA Southampton can look so different to the photos. There is a horrible thick seam each side, the middle of the shade is all puckered, and the lower section is hideous! Maybe it's a duff batch as the other reviewers give it such glowing words (pardon the pun). Sadly they will be going back for a refund. 1
