The base of the frying pan is extra thick, which browns food beautifully and minimises the risk of food sticking to the surface.
The entire pan, including the base and sides, has one layer of aluminium between two layers of stainless steel. This distributes heat evenly and energy efficiently from several directions and makes it easy to regulate.

The SENSUELL team spent a year speaking with professional chefs to get their take on how the pots and pans should look, work and be constructed. Naturally, the demands were high. The range had to be functional, incredibly durable, and work extremely well with heat.

"The result you get from a pot or pan is really down to how it's constructed,” says product developer Lennie Malmgren. Start the pan on high heat, then add some butter or oil before lowering the heat to halfway before you start cooking. This will ensure your ingredients brown evenly and won't stick to the pan.
