You can easily access what you need by pulling the box out and pushing it in on the rails.
The rails on the frame of the box suit most shelves and the suction cups keep the box stable and in place.

This little drawer exceeds my expectations. It was a snap to install and it really works. The only caveat is it’s small and i don’t think it would hold anything really heavy. I’m glad I bought it.
