Have you heard about "Your purchases add up"?

This benefit is intended exclusively for IKEA Business Network members and is designed to turn your purchases into rewards. Depending on how much you spend in each period, you'll receive a discount code that you can use on your next IKEA purchase.

It's a clear and simple way to thank your business for trusting our product range.

How does it work?

Every time you spend at IKEA with your IKEA Business Network card, the amount you accumulate increases. At the end of the period, we calculate your reward based on the amount spent, and after the reward has been calculated, this resets to zero.

The process is very simple, so you don't have to do a thing:

  • You make purchases for your business
  • IKEA calculates your reward
  • You receive your voucher via email

What is my reward?

Once all the purchases for the completed period have been made, the reward is calculated and a gift card is sent out with one of the following rewards:

  • EUR 20, if your business spent between EUR 200 and EUR 500 in this period
  • EUR 50, if your business spent between EUR 500 and EUR 1,500 in this period
  • EUR 100, if your business spent between EUR 1,500 and EUR 3,000 in this period
  • EUR 150, if your business spent over EUR 3,000 during the period.

When is it calculated?

The total volume of purchases is calculated every two months. Once the period has ended, we'll send you a voucher via email to the email address shown in your member account, and the rewards counter will reset to zero.

How will I receive my vouchers?

The vouchers will be automatically sent to the email address linked to your IKEA Business Network account.

Please note that you will only receive the voucher if you have activated communications from the network, so it is important to include contact details for your business and keep them up to date.

If for any reason you not receive your voucher, you can request it by contacting our Customer Service team during the period indicated in the terms and conditions of the benefit.

IKEA reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this promotion at any time subject to prior notice and such notice may be sent to the customer's email address or given via publication of the new Terms and Conditions in the same format in which these are published. IKEA also reserves the right to cancel this promotion by giving notice via an email to the customer at least 15 calendar days in advance, provided that it allows the ongoing qualifying period to elapse and guarantees that the customer will receive any vouchers earned as a result of purchases made during said period. If the aforementioned notice is given when there are fewer than 15 calendar days remaining of the qualifying period, the promotion will be extended for as many days of the next qualifying period as necessary to comply with the minimum notice period.

How to get the voucher:

When the sum of all purchases made by the IKEA Business Network customer, calculated on a two-monthly basis, falls within the ranges specified below, the customer, as the holder of the IKEA Business Network account, will receive a discount voucher sent to the email address provided as the contact method for their account. The periods taken into account to qualify for each range will each last two months

, starting with the March 2026–April 2026 period, and then May 2026–June 2026 and July 2026–August 2026. Hereinafter, "Calculation Periods".Discount vouchers earned will be sent between the 1st and 15th day of the month

following the end of the corresponding Calculation Period ("Delivery Period") (for example, vouchers earned on purchases made during the March 2026—April 2026 period will be sent between 1 and 15 May 2026). The voucher awarded grants a direct discount on a single purchase that can be redeemed once delivered to the email address provided by the IKEA Business Network account holder. Note that the voucher must be used within two (2) months following the end of the relevant Delivery Period. The "Final Amount" used to calculate the discount will be the total value of all purchases made in the two (2) months that make up the relevant Calculation Period less the total value of any returned items included within the scope of this promotion. For payments made by transfer, for these purposes purchases will be considered to have been made on the invoice date on which the order is completed.Regardless of when they are made and of the qualifying period in which the purchases being returned were made, all returns will be deducted from the following calculation made.

As an example, if the customer returns items in the March 2026—April 2026 Calculation Period from a purchase made during the same period, this amount will be subtracted from the voucher that they will receive between 1 and 15 May 2026. Conversely, if that purchase were returned during the May 2026—June 2026 Calculation Period, this amount would be subtracted from the voucher that the customer would receive between 1 and 15 July 2026, and so on.The ranges that will determine the value of the discount voucher are as follows

:

  • If the Final Amount for each Calculation Period is between EUR 200 and EUR 500: you will receive a voucher for EUR 20 off.
  • If the Final Amount for each Calculation Period is between EUR 500 and EUR 1,499.99: you will receive a voucher for EUR 50 off.If the Final Amount for each Calculation Period is between EUR 1,500 and EUR 2,999.99: you will receive a voucher for EUR 100 off.
  • If the Final Amount for each Calculation Period is equal to or greater than EUR 3,000: you will receive a voucher for EUR 150 off.
  • For purchases to be taken into account, it is essential that customers: (i) prove their identity and swipe their IKEA Business Network card at the payment counter when paying in store; (ii) log in when purchasing online; or (iii) provide their IKEA Business Network number and verify their identity when shopping by phone.

Members will only receive their voucher automatically via email if they have stated on their profile that they DO agree to receive announcements and personalised offers from IKEA based on their activity, profile and purchases.Alternatively, they can request it via any of our regular channels (Contact — IKEA— IKEA) from the day after the end of the Delivery Period indicated above (i.e. from the 16th) until the last day of the current month. IKEA will then send it to the email address associated with the IKEA Business Network account within three (3) working days (not including Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays) of the request.

The vouchers are delivered on the basis of the acceptance of the terms and conditions of this promotion and legitimate interest, as applicable.

IKEA will calculate the total value of the purchases made by each IKEA Business Network member who uses their network card during the relevant Calculation Periods. In this regard, net purchases of IKEA products will be taken into account on the basis of their RRP. The promotion does not include Circular Hub items (or reduced or pre-owned items), IKEA Food, Bistro, Swedish Food Market or gift cards. Any services that members may have arranged are also excluded.

In the event that partial or total returns mean that a member is no longer entitled to their voucher, IKEA will render that voucher void and proceed to issue a new voucher for the correct amount earned by the customer, which will be sent in the next Delivery Period. If the customer has already used the voucher to which they were no longer entitled, IKEA will deduct the value of the voucher unduly obtained from the refund due to the customer for the return and proceed to send the customer a new voucher for the correct amount, if applicable. IKEA reserves the right to exclude IKEA Business Network account holders from this promotion in the event of bad faith, abuse of rights or if there is evidence of fraud.

Terms and conditions for using the voucher:

The voucher is valid for one-time use (one single purchase), with no minimum spend, and may be redeemed once received at the email address provided by the IKEA Business Network account holder. Note that vouchers must be used within two (2) months of the end of the relevant Delivery Period. In any event, the exact term of validity of the voucher will be as indicated in the specific terms and conditions governing the use of the voucher.

The voucher cannot be used to make a full or partial payment for purchases equal to or greater than one thousand euros (EUR 1,000).

The voucher is indivisible, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, neither in part nor in full. If the voucher is used on a purchase for a lower value than that of the voucher itself, the voucher will become void once used and the remainder will not be refunded.

As the voucher is for one-time use only, the full amount must be redeemed. If the full amount is not redeemed, any remaining amount will be void.In the event of a total or partial return of the purchase for which the voucher is used, the amount corresponding to the regular price will not be returned; rather, the amount effectively paid for the item or items

returned, taking into account the discount percentage, will be refunded.

The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions or discount vouchers. The voucher cannot be offset against outstanding balances, including financed purchases.

The discount voucher is personal and cannot be transferred. It is for the sole and exclusive use of the person or entity that holds and is linked to the IKEA Business Network account. Its sale in any form is strictly prohibited. Responsibility for the use and safe-keeping of the voucher lies exclusively with the recipient and holder, who will be responsible for any improper use thereof or for its loss, and releases IKEA from any liability in this regard, including for loss of the card, for its improper or fraudulent use, or for its use by a third party.

IKEA reserves the right to cancel any customer's voucher(s) if it detects any improper or fraudulent use, as well as in the event that the voucher is shared or transferred.

IKEA reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of use of the vouchers at any time if it has justified reasons to do so, subject to prior notice. In any event, IKEA will guarantee that the discount vouchers earned up until the day after the modification can be used in the same way as the previous version except in cases of bad faith, abuse of rights, or suspected fraud.
