Drill-free DIY
The bathroom is one of the rooms in the house that tends to accumulate the most items and accessories. Therefore, keeping it well organised is vital for it to be fully functional and help out in your daily cleaning and personal hygiene routine.
But what happens when you have a small bathroom and cannot (or do not want to) make holes in the wall tiles to hang hooks or other accessories to help you organise things? We're here to propose a simple, attractive and very affordable option.
Bathroom accessories with suction cups are perfect if you want to avoid drilling holes in complicated and fragile areas (such as tiles) and risk damaging and cracking them. Allow us to introduce you to one of our most effective series, TISKEN.
Using objects with suction cups, such as anything from the TISKEN range, is a safe way of trying out different areas in the bathroom until you find the right place for everything. It's completely risk free!
As all TISKEN items are fitted with suction cups, there is no need to drill holes in the wall, which is perfect if you rent or if DIY is simply not your strong suit.
The best thing is that with this very affordable option, you'll get results that are just as effective and flattering.
The line includes a shower head mount, a basket that holds up to 5 kg of weight and much more!
This way, we can keep each person's bathroom products separate and always have everything in one place so it is easier to keep the bathroom tidy, even when we're using it.
Did you know that TISKEN is made of recycled ABS plastic? So aside from being practical, it's much more environmentally friendly.
How to fit suction cup bathroom accessories
Fitting TISKEN bathroom accessories, or any other suction cup accessory, couldn't be easier. However, there are a few things to bear in mind. Take note of the following:
- The surface on which you're going to install it should be smooth, such as a glass surface or mirror. We don't recommend placing these accessories on wallpapered or other material that may get damaged when removing the suction cup.
- When placing them on tiles, make sure that the suction cup is not in contact with any joints, to avoid areas that are hollow or filled with air.
- We also recommend cleaning the surface beforehand to prevent any dust or dirt from weakening the grip.
- Check the maximum weight of each accessory, as each will have a maximum load that's important to consider when deciding which bathroom products to place in each accessory, especially hooks or baskets.
And you're done! See how simple it was? If you make a mistake and need to reposition it, just slip a credit card (or something similar) between the suction cup and the wall. It won't leave any holes or marks.
Try placing TISKEN accessories at different heights so that the kids can reach their things without help. If you want to be daring, you can place them in other areas of the house, such as the kitchen or the playroom.
Practical and sustainable bathroom baskets
Aside from adhesive hooks for the bathroom, we can always use other accessories to organise everything and create more space. For example, a hanging coat rack for behind the door or, as you can see in the photo, handy baskets for storing small items. Do you like them? They're our RABBLA boxes
and they're perfect for the bathroom! They are flexible, moisture-resistant and stackable, so they add extra storage without taking up too much space.
In fact, one of the boxes has several compartments inside for organising all sorts of different items – from jewellery to makeup – making your morning routine much easier.
And in keeping with our commitment to sustainability, we haven't just settled for an attractive, practical box; we've also made it a more sustainable product. How? By designing these RABBLA boxes from one of the world's most recyclable materials, bamboo, as well as recycled polyester. This allows us to cut consumption of new raw materials and, above all, cushion the environmental impact.
RABBLA boxes are made of bamboo and recycled polyester. By using fewer raw materials, its environmental impact is lower.”
