Legal terms and conditions for promotions and discounts on energy systems

PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR INDIVIDUALS

From 1 November 2025 inclusive to 31 December 2025 inclusive, IKEA Family members who buy from ACCIONA  via the following link ACCIONA Energía-IKEA  will be entitled, by virtue of the terms and conditions indicated below,  to a 15% discount voucher on IKEA purchases above EUR 100 (retail price, excluding VAT), on IKEA products. This voucher can be redeemed on physical purchases made at all IKEA stores in mainland Spain (excluding the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Portugal), through the IKEA app or IKEA website, or via the IKEA Ibérica, S.A.U. telephone sales service.   

The voucher will be sent to the individual by email as a QR code, within 24 hours of their ACCIONA purchase. The voucher will be sent to the email address that the individual used for their ACCIONA purchase.

IKEA Family members will be able to redeem the voucher from 1 November 2025 until 31 August 2026, by presenting it along with their IKEA Family Club membership number at checkout. For online purchases, this is done by copying and pasting the voucher code into the "Use a discount code" box and for remote sales, via the code provided by IKEA when the user is logged into their member account on IKEA.es.

Services, IKEA Restaurant or Swedish Food Market products, products purchased from the Circular Hub and IKEA gift cards are excluded from the promotion. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions and cannot be exchanged for cash.

If the items subject to this promotion are returned for a refund, the client will be refunded the amount that they actually paid.  If, as a result of any items being returned, the conditions established for the discount to apply are no longer met, the total discount applied to the purchase will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to the customer and the customer will not receive any refund in the event that the price of the returned product or products does not exceed the total discount applied. In the event that any product purchased under this promotion is returned, the IKEA Returns Policy shall apply.    

15% DISCOUNT from 1 November 2025 to 31 August 2026 for IKEA Family members

Valid for one single use and on one single purchase.

Not valid in Restaurants, the Swedish Food Market, the Bistro, the Circular Hub, on services or to buy IKEA gift cards. Cannot be combined with other promotions or exchanged for cash. Redeemable exclusively from 1 November 2025 inclusive to 31 August 2026 inclusive. The amount of this voucher may not be used to offset outstanding balances, including financed purchases. This voucher is a bearer instrument. The bearer is solely responsible for its use and safe-keeping. It shall not be replaced, nor will the value be refunded in the event that it is stolen, lost, mislaid or damaged, and IKEA shall not be held responsible for any purchases made with it. If the items for which this promotion was redeemed are returned, the amount originally paid for them will be returned to the customer.   If, as a result of any items being returned, the conditions established for the discount to apply are no longer met, the total discount applied to the purchase will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to the customer and the customer will not receive any refund in the event that the price of the returned product or products does not exceed the total discount applied. In the event that any product purchased under this promotion is returned, the IKEA Returns Policy shall apply.
