Terms and conditions for the promotion on the DVALA range

Promotion for IKEA Family and IKEA Business Network members, valid from 27 February to 31 March 2026.

Promotion applicable to products in the DVALA range, when spending EUR 20 or more. 

This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

Not applicable to Circular Hub products.

Provided that the requirements are met, the promotion will be applied when payment is made.

If the items subject to this promotion are returned for a refund, the customer will be refunded the amount that they actually paid. If, as a result of any items being returned, the minimum spend of EUR 20 for the promotion to apply is no longer met, the total discount applied to the purchase will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to the customer. The customer will not receive any refund if the price of the returned product or products does not exceed the total discount applied.

All refunds will be bound by the IKEA Returns Policy. 

Terms and Conditions of the TROFAST promotion - children's storage series (except pine frames)

Promotion for IKEA Family and IKEA Business Network members, valid from 27 February to 31 March 2026.

Advocacy applicable to the entire TROFAST children's series, except pine frames, on purchases of €45 or more.

Promotion not combinable with other discounts or promotions. Not applicable to products of the Circular Market.

The promotional price of 20% discount will be applied, in case of compliance with the requirements indicated, when making the payment.

In case of return of the items subject to this advocacy that involves its reimbursement, the customer will be refunded the amount actually paid for them. 

In case of return of any of the items of the purchase that implies the non-compliance of the minimum amount of €45 necessary to enjoy the advocacy, the total discount applied in the purchase will be deducted from the amount to be refunded in favor of the customer, not refunding any amount in the event that the price of the product or products returned does not exceed the total discount applied. 

In any case, returns will be governed by the current IKEA Returns Policy.
