Pay in instalments

This loan is exclusively for financing online purchases from IKEA.es. When you reach the checkout page, you'll be able to choose the option "Finance your purchase" and it will redirect you to the CaixaBank Payments & Consumer, E.F.C., E.P., S.A.U page to start the process of applying for deferred payment.

You can finance online purchases from EUR 60 up to a maximum of EUR 9,000

You will need to submit the following documentation:

• If you are already a CaixaBank group customer, you will need to have your mobile phone to hand as during the application process you will receive a text message with a security code to verify your identity and request the loan.
• If you're not already a CaixaBank group customer, you will need the following information to hand:
  • A valid ID document (Spanish national identity card, foreigner ID card or passport)
  • Valid credit or debit card
  • Mobile phone to receive the security code to request the loan.

If you need to change the bank account or card for the loan payments, you can do so by calling 900 101 131.

You choose the repayment amount and term that best suits your budget and needs. Remember, the monthly instalment that you have to pay is a minimum of EUR 20.

Once the contract is signed, you will have 14 calendar days to withdraw from (settle) the contract.
