Can I buy online and pick up at a store?

Of course! At checkout select the Click & collect service and choose where you want to pick up your order, either from the post office, collection points or an IKEA store. We'll let you know when your order is ready.

With Click & Collect your online order will be ready for pick-up at an IKEA store within 3 hours and at a collection point within 3 days. You can also request to pick it up at a post office if your order meets the conditions. You can find all the information and available collection points at the following link: Click & Collect. 

We will have it ready for you at the delivery counter or, if available and you prefer, at the Click & Car collection point outside. You can check how it works at the link above.

You also have the option of selecting the Lockers outside some of our stores, which are accessible to you 24 hours a day, as a collection point.
