You can make your online purchase from any device and decide where and how you want to receive your order. Do you have any doubts about how it works? Go to the online shopping page and discover the possibilities we offer. To start an order, select the products you want and add them to the shopping cart.
Afterwards, you will have to select the delivery method you prefer:
Home delivery: we send your order to the address of your choice. If you request home delivery, we will ask you for the postcode of the delivery address.
Click & Collect: to pick up your order at any of our IKEA shops or at any of our partner collection points.
If you live outside Spain and choose Click & Collect, you must enter the postcode 99999 in your personal details in order to continue with your purchase.
Before making the payment you will see the complete order with the final prices of the articles and the chosen service, the Click & Collect collection date or the delivery time selected for Home Delivery.
Once payment has been made, you will instantly receive confirmation of your order by email. To collect your purchase, you will need to present the ID document you provided at the time of purchase. For Click & Collect orders, apart from the ID document, it is necessary to present the order confirmation email.
The prices shown on our website may vary, upwards or downwards*, depending on the store.
*In national or local promotions consisting of combinations and 3x2 offers, the customer will pay the price without discount. The discount will be paid within 72 hours and through the same payment method used to make the purchase. All our prices include VAT.
