How can I ask for a duplicate IKEA Family
It's easy! Log in to your IKEA Family Area or via the IKEA App.
If you've lost or can't find your IKEA Family card, we can help! And you can rest assured that it is a loyalty card with no personal information associated with it.
You can get a duplicate of your membership card in your IKEA Family profile and carry it with you at all times by accessing our website, Passbook or mobile app.
Our IKEA Family card is currently not physically delivered to your home, so IKEA is helping to reduce the use of plastic.
