I have connected the gas hob but the flame is too strong, what can I do?
Please check the gas connection, it is possible that you are using butane or propane gas and you have not adapted the injectors.
To be able to use the hob with gas other than Natural Gas, it is essential to change the injectors, also known as nozzles. The injectors for butane gas are included in the packaging of the article in a separate plastic envelope, they are like small screws.
The conversion or adaptation of the gas hob from natural gas to propane or butane gas can only be carried out by an authorised technician.
