Can I return goods at the post office?
At IKEA you can change your mind! And we make it easy for you through the post office!
You can return items at the post office, regardless of the way you have made the purchase or the shipping method you have had.
The service is very easy to use online: Prepare the goods to be returned (see conditions of weight and measurements here). Access the form and fill in the requested information as it appears in your original order. You will then receive a confirmation email. Print the label and add it to the package to be returned.
