I have received a product that I did not buy, what can I do?
If you have received a product that you have not purchased, we will take it back
If you have received by mistake an item that is not in your purchase order, no problem!
It's as simple as contacting us through our contact channels to tell us which item you have received by mistake and we will take care of removing it from your home as quickly as possible.
And in the event that we have delivered a different item to the one you have in your purchase order, we will come to deliver the correct one and remove the wrong one at no cost to you.
